Here, among native trees, pepper vines, and cardamom, our beans develop a rich, nuanced profile—earthy, smooth, and subtly spiced. We work closely with independent farmers who follow sustainable, rain-fed agriculture and age-old methods of cultivation. Some of our beans are processed using India’s rare Monsooning technique, producing a low-acid, full-bodied coffee that’s prized for its depth and softness.
